The Kelly Recreation Complex is located just to the left before you enter the Imperial Southgate Villas Community at 404 Imperial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33803. They have several types of amenities including a gym, tennis courts, special classes, and the Gandy Pool. Click here for more information and pricing.

NEW! Kelly Branch Library

The City Of Lakeland has added a satellite library to the Kelly Recreation Complex. This convenient location will offer the ability to obtain library cards (including online access), check out books, return books/equipment, and will offer technology assistance, printing, faxing, and scanning services.

Library operating hours are:

Mon-Thurs 9A-6P; Fri 9A-5P; Closed Sat & Sun

 The Scott Kelly Villa Club is a private pool and clubhouse amenity located adjacent to the Imperial Southgate Villas community. Unit owners may purchase a private membership by contacting the estate representative,
